WALLBOX has announced a new collaboration with Amazon which allows eligible customers to purchase their 7 kW Wallbox EV charger along with an installation service by Amazon in the UK.
All Wallbox chargers come with Eco–Smart, Wallbox’s energy management software, which allows users who have a photovoltaic (PV) installation in their home to charge their EV with self-produced sustainable energy. Through the Wallbox app users can choose to charge their EV with 100% green energy from their home PV installation, or blend excess solar with grid power.
How it Works
To access this offer, customers must click on the ‘Include Installation’ option on the product detail page of their preferred Wallbox charger on amazon.co.uk, before clicking on ‘Add to cart’. Customers can then schedule a pre-installation visit with a certified technician to assess domestic electrical setup. Once the technician has verified the requirements, they will schedule a final installation appointment together with the customer. Customers pay a fixed price upfront, with no additional charges thereafter.
